5. Foundation Phase



Another week in coaches corner
I have added a simple foundation phase "master your body" exercise which can be used to improve fundamentals at the younger ages

Concentration in the foundation phase is to allow your players to master the movements before mastering the ball the ball, engage and make it fun and challenging, support your players to experiment with movements making them as close to the game as possible.

For older coaches you can adapt these to use as arrival activities for your players you may add a ball earlier at this stage as movements will not be alien to the players

They are never to old to work on fundamentals
